چکیده
T husday, M ay 6, 2016 of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) _ comprising all secreted factors produced over 24 hours _ has been shown to improve wound healing and angiogenesis in previous studies. We used human PBMC secretomes in an in vivo model that resembles the clinical setting to investigate its potential to improve the quality of regenerating skin, increase angiogenesis, and reduce scar formation after burn injury and skin grafting.

Abstract: Burn Scar Regeneration with the “Sufa” (Subcision and Fat Grafting) Technique. A Prospective Clinical Study
Suday, Sptem er 5, 2016 pre-vascularized full thickness skin flap, which recapitulates the inherent hierarchical vasculature found within the human skin and is suitable to provide whole tissue perfusion. We provide the platform for an on-demand, geometrically tunable tissue engineered skin equivalent with an anastomosable vascular network which will transform reconstructive surgical practice by...

Materials and Methods: Our study prospectively evaluates outcomes in 9 patients treated with the “SUFA” technique (Subcision and Fat Grafting) for debilitating contracted burn scars limiting range of motion. Results are evaluated clinically with the Vancouver scale and by range of motion through the affected joints at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Scientific validation of the outcomes is performed eva...
متن کاملSubcision for acne scarring with and without suctioning: A clinical trial
Background: Treatment of acne scars is a therapeutic challenge that may require multiple modalities. Subcision is a procedure that has been reported to be beneficial in the treatment of acne scars. Although subcision is a valuable method, its efficacy is mild to moderate due to the high recurrence rate. This study aimed to evaluate the novel complementary treatment of repeated suction sessions ...

By applying SVF, overcorrection was not needed in fat graft. Stem cell increases effect of tissue regeneration, which contributes to better outcomes of scar revision, flap surgery or skin graft. Furthermore, SVF harvesting requires liposuction and additional cosmetic effect can be expected. Favorable changes in scar scale indicate scar itself can also be improved when combined with conventional...
